Project Brief
Create e-book cover designs for two books, one is a poetry book and the other is a history book.
Process
First I discussed themes from each book with the author. For Olympus, I created an illustrated cover of a mountain to represent the emotional journey detailed in the book. You can access Olympus here. For The Lincolns and Chicago the author provided the painting used on the cover. I chose to frame it in a way to create an elegant, historical looking book. This cover was used as pitch material to a publisher.
